Crispy Prawn Fritters 凤尾虾
.Marinate prawns with some salt, rest in fridge
.Prepare Batter
1 cup self-raising flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 Tbsp Rice Flour
2 tsp chicken stock powder
1/2 tsp salt
Pepper to taste
Add in water to form thick batter
Let it rest in fridge for 30min to 1 hour
. Heat up oil, coat prawn fully with the batter, dip inside heated oil, when prawn is cooked, it will floated on the surface of oil.
. Ready to serve
