Serving 2 to 4 persons

1. Put Nutrient Supplement A into the Juicer: Daily = 2; B Complex = 2; Bio C = 2; Lecithin E = 2; Cal Mgm = 2

2. Prepare Bitter Gourd, cut lengthwise, use spoon to remove seeds.
    Wash, Rinse clean, then add to the Juicer

3. Add water upto about 30% of Juicer

4. On the Juicer, blend well

5. Add Honey, 4~6 Tsp

6. Then add Ice Cubes, about 19 pieces

7. Add Nutrilite protein powder, Green Tea flavor, 2 scoops

8. Bitter Gourd Juice is ready to serve

  1. Parsley has strong smell as well as taste. It would be better if you blend one part of parsley into ten parts of other ingredients (best with less potent vegetable such as celery, cucumber or carrot juice). Juicers
