Lime Sour Plum Juice is very soothing to throat, it cure thirst and good for sore throat.
Lime Sour Plum Juice also helps digestion and ease congestion.
 
Limes contain flavonoids, which is antioxidants, anti-carcinogenic, antibiotics, and detoxifiers. These can provide healing properties for peptic and oral ulcers. The detoxifiers can help relieve the symptoms of gout.

Lime Sour Plum Juice tastes acidic and sourish but when consumed, they are alkalinizing to the stomach, which helps in weight loss and detoxification.

How to prepare Lime Sour Plum Juice:

1. Lime, 2 pieces

Clean the Lime skin, cut lime into halve, remove seeds, put into blend, add 150 cc water, blend.

2. Add 1 piece of dried sour plum into Blend, push blender on-off button 4 to 5 times. (Alternatively, soak the dried sour plum into hot water, then pour blended lime juice and stir well.)


3. Pour Juice into Glass, Ummm…enjoy your refreshing Lime Sour Plum Juice !

Optional : add ice cube 8 to 10 pcs before adding Sour Plum. Do not add ice if you are drinking to cure the sore throat or drive cold away.

No sugar is necessary for Lime Sour Plum Juice, yet it taste nice !
