Energy Juicing Steps for Avocado Juice : Avocados with Condensed Milk

Serving : 2 persons

Ingredient : 1. Avocano, 1 piece, 2. Condensed Milk, 2 tablespoon, 3. Water 200ml



1. Slice avocado in half, remove seed, and scoop small pieces of the avocado flesh into a blender.
Make sure to scrape as much of the dark green flesh from the skin as possible, since this is where the highest concentration of nutrients is.

2. Add Condensed Milk and Water, Blend till smooth, Serve right away.
