In the modern living, most people work hard for better lifestyle, the question is how many people really achieve quality lifestyle after long hard days?
Eating habits change due to the change pace of daily life, people go for fast convenient food, we are driven further and further from the natural eating, we go for quick fixes, we fix symptoms and ignore causes. Facts are facts, many sicknesses are caused by we may be rich but we are under-nourished, we are well-fed but our body cells are crying for balance nutrition for renewing, repairing and proper metabolism, juicing is one of the best ways that we can get ourselves back to the fresh, natural and wholesome supply of nutritions to our body.....

You can start with the simple one type of fruit or vegetable to a variety of mix and match, the mother nature has color coded the fruits and vegetables, and you are welcome to explore the journey of Joy of Juicing with me, let's share with me your discovery and your experiences as well, Cheer ! 



JW Basic Steps on Energy Juicing :

Serving 1~2 person

1. Put Nutrients into the Juicer:  Nutrilite Daily = 2; B Complex = 2; Bio C = 2; Lecithin E = 2; Cal Mgm = 2

2. Add fruits of your choice, 2 cups

3. Add water or low-fat milk, about 300ml

4. On the Juice, blend well

5. Then add Ice Cubes (optional), preferably go without ice as a healthier preference,

6. Add Nutrilite protein powder, 2 scoop

7. Add water or low-fat milk, about 70% full

8. On the Juicer again, blend well

9. Ready to serve and enjoy Your Energy Juice
