蒸豆腐,5分钟
Sauce 酱料:
1 Tbsp Shallot Oil
1 Tbsp Oyater Sauce
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
Stir and blend well,
Pour over the steamed dish
Sprinkle some finely chopped
spring onion, chilli and fried shallot.
1汤匙青葱油
1汤匙蚝油
1汤匙酱油
搅拌均匀
倒在蒸好的菜上。
撒上切碎的葱,辣椒和炸的葱。
