Celery' is very hydrating, and its ability to reduce high blood pressure has long been recognized. Studies show that drinking celery juice every day for 1 week can significantly help in lowering blood pressure. In view of its strong alkalising Celery Juice can also equalize the body’s PH to sustain optimal health.

Celery Juice is one of my favourite juice, it is delicious and nutritious, There are a wide variations to this base Celery Juice recipe by adding bitter gourd, broccoli, or lemon.

How to Juice Celery Juice :

Ingredients :

1. Fresh Celery, 2 stalks
2. Green Apple – 1 piece
3. Ice Tube 3 to 5 pieces (Optional)
4. Water, 150 ml

1. Wash and rinse Celery thoroughly. Cut into biteable pieces, add to the Juicer,
     Nutrix is preferred for the smoother texture of juicing.
2. Wash Apple, cut into 4 pieced, remove seeds. Then add to the Juicer
3. Add water, about 150ml and ice tube (optional)
4. Turn the Juicer power on, blend till smooth
5. Ready to serve

Celery Juice rich in Vitamin C strengthens Immune System

Celery is rich in vitamin C, a vitamin that helps to support the immune system. Celery Juice helps reduce cold symptoms and improves flu recovery. How to make Pumpkin Juice – Pumpkin with Yogurt Drink

Ingredients :

1. Pumpkin, 100 gram

2. Yogurt Drink, either Mixed Tropical Fruits or Mango Flavour

1. Wash the exterior skin of the pumpkin

2. Cut the pumpkin into half. Making mark on the skin and using sawing movement is safe to prevent slip that could hurt.

3. Scoop out the seeds

4. Cook the Pumpkin

a. Direct fire - 8 minutes

Put some water into the pan, bringing to boil, then the pumpkin skin area touching the pan, boil for 8-10 minutes, checking on readiness when pumpkin fresh is soften.

b. If using Sharp Healsio Water Oven steam high function, it needs approx. 25 min

The fresh is soft once it is cooked.

5. Scoop out the cooked pumpkin.

6. Add Yogurt Drink to cooked Pumpkin.
