Sharp Healsio Water Oven Cookies Recipe : Butter Choc Chips Cookies

I have exploired another very easy recipe by using Sharp Healsio Water Oven.

This time I tried Butter Cookies Recipe by using Sharp Healsio Oven function, it is surprisingly simple and the whole process from preparation to complete baking took less than 45 minutes. The fun part is Jasper, the little one, insisting on wanted to contribute to the baking and he had fun too.

INGREDIENTS :
Only 4 ingredients needed

a. Ingredient 1 for Butter Choc Chips Cookies :
Ready Mixed Cookie Powder, 450g

b. Ingredient 2 for Butter Choc Chips Cookie : Chocolate Chips

c. 1 whole egg

d. Butter, 150g, melted

Methods of Baking Butter Choc Chip Cookies at Sharp Healsio Water Oven

1.  Select Oven function on Sharp Healsio Water Oven

     Pre-heat by selecting 180C at 15 minutes.

2. Prepare Cookie Dough

    Pour Cookie Mixture Powder into a large mixing bowl'

    Add melted butter gradually, fold;

    Add egg, fold

    then  add Choc Chips, then fold.

   

3. Place a small dough mixture in little ball shape, place then on baking tray

4. Insert baking tray into the pre-heated oven. press start to start baking at 180C, 15minute

    The cookies may be ready within 12 to 15 minutes.

5. Ready to serve with afternoon tea or coffee.
