滑溜溜的水蒸蛋

Super Smooth Steames Water Eggs
滑溜溜的水蒸蛋


材料
3粒A-Size 鸡蛋
凉滚水(比例约1分蛋:2分水)
少许盐或鸡精粉

准备工作
1. 在碗中打入鳮蛋,秤好打散鸡蛋的准确重量.
2.把打散鸡蛋1.9倍重量的冷滚水倒入大碗中,加入鳮精粉或盐拌匀。

做法:
1.蒸碗放入蒸笼中加温。
2.鸡蛋倒入大碗中,和放凉滚水一起拌匀。
3.把拌匀液体筛入另一个碗,以移除泡沫。重复这个步骤以移除更多泡沬。
4.把过筛液体倒入蒸碗,盖上盖子,用大火蒸约4分钟。
5.熄火后,保留盖子并继续放在蒸笼中约5分钟,取出。

6.淋上少许醤油和麻油,撒上靑葱花,搭配白饭享用。

提示
测量的重量一定要准确,秤好打散鸡蛋后,把重量乘以1.9即是蒸蛋所需的份量。(例如:若打散的鳮蛋重量是200克,那么需约380克清水)

Mini Bread Loaf @ Noxxa BreadMaker

Mini Bread Loaf

Recently bought three mini size bread loaf, and for my standard 500g flour recipe, just divide that into three equal portions, and bake three cute mini loaf.


Recipe
Ingredients
300 ml water
100g Butter
30g Milk Powder (4Tbsp)
50g sugar (3tsp)
1/2 tsp salt
350 g Bread Flour (High Protein)
150g Wholemeal Flour
2tsp instant yeast (top)
Almond & Sunflower Seeds
Use Noxxa BreadMaker
Program 10

Baking
Select Oven Function 200C for 20 to 25minutes


 It goes well with the Chicken Curry, and of course it taste yummy with peanut butter too !
