I have recently bought one unit of Sharp Healsio Oven.

What attracted me is the oven offers 4 modes of cooking :

1. Supersteam Convection

2. Steam

3. Convection

4. Microwaves



It provides healthy ways of cooking and food cooked with Healsio preserving the original taste as well as moisture.



Healthy Recipe : BAKED CHICKEN  with Sharp Healsio Water Oven

Baked Chicken cooked with Healsio Water Oven is extremely easy to cook, yet it is delicious while preserves moisture and flavour of the meat.

Ingredient :

1. Chicken – half a bird, about 0.5kg

2. Spicy Bake Mix, ½ packet



Healsio Chicken Recipe Cooking Steps :

1. Preheat Healsio Oven by selecting ; ;; 2. Clean the chicken, pat dry

3. Rub the chicken with Spicy Bake Mix, ,both the skin and the inside, marinate for at last 10 minutes, or till pre-heat is ready. 4. Wrap the chicken with Aluminium Foil, place it into the Pre-heated oven, press start.

5. The chicken will be ready to set about 50 minutes.

6. Ready to serve, enjoy the dish.

This Chicken Recipe may be cooked with Microwaves mode as well, but the texture will be a bit dry.
