Yogurt Making : Fruit Flavoured Yogurt - Weight Loss Recipes

Yogurt Making : Fruit Flavored Yogurt
Ingredients
1 litre of fresh milk
130g of plain yogurt / plain flavor yogurt
¼ cup (50g) od Castor Sugar
1 cup (250gm) fresh cream
Flavourings (add as desired)
Kiwi, strawberry, blueberry, peach, mango
Utensils
1 thermometer
1 stainless steel pot
1 stainless ladle
Method
1. Rinse stainless steel pot and ladle with boiling water. Pat dry ready for use
2. Pour fresh milk, fresh cream and castor sugar into the pot, keep stirring over low hear for 8 to 10 minutes until slightly thicken. Check temperature, remove from heat and allow the mixture to be cooled and reach 45 to 50C.
3. Dish out 1 bowl of hot fresh cream mxture, add in the plain yogurt, stir the mixture until it becomes smooth. Pour the smooth yogurt mixture into the remaining fresh milk, stir lightly until smooth.
4. Cover, leave the mixture I a room temperature for 20 to 12 hours. Then freeze in the refrigerator
5. Add the fresh fruit into the yogurt, using fruit blender to blend until smooth. Serve at once.
