Drinking 2 to 3 glasses of lotus root juice a day can stop bleeding of the esophagus an stomach (vomiting blood); bleeding of the rectum, intestines or stomach (blood in feces); nose bleeding or gum bleeding. Lotus root soup also serves similar purposes. Patients with high fever can drink it cold, while those with steady temperature should drink it warm. Steps to Juice Lotus Root :

Serving 2 to 4 persons
1. Put Nutrients Pack A into the Juicer: Nutrilite Daily = 2; B Complex = 2; Bio C = 2; Lecithin E = 2; Cal Mgm = 2
2. Prepare Lotus Root, Wash, Deskin Then add Lotus Root to the Juicer
3. Add water or low-fat milk, cover upto about 30% of Juicer
4. On the Juicer, blend well
5. Add Honey, 3 to 4 Tsp
6. Then add Ice Cubes, about 8-15 pieces
7. Add protein powder, original flavor, 2 scoops
8. Add water or low-fat milk, about 80% full
9. On the Juicer again, blend well
10. Lotus Root Juice is ready to serve.
