Juicing Steps
(follow JW Basic Steps on Energy Juicing )
Serving 2 to 4 persons
1. Put Nutrients Pack A into the Juicer: Nutrilite Daily = 2; B Complex = 2; Bio C = 2; Lecithin E = 2; Cal Mgm = 2
2. Prepare Materials, Wash, Deskin honey drew and carrot Then add materials upto the Juicer
3. Add water or low-fat milk, cover upto about 30% of Juice
4. On the Juicer, blend well
5. Then add Ice Cubes, about 8-15 pieces
6. Add protein powder, original flavor, 2 scoops
7. Add water or low-fat milk, about 80% full
8. On the Juicer again, blend well
9. Ready to serve and enjoy Your Energy Juice.
