Veggie Soup : Soup of Rainbow


Soup of Rainbow


Tasty, Delicious, Healthy and Slimming

Portion : for 2 persons

Ingredient (A)
1. Serai, 2 stalk
2. Shallot, 3 pcs
3. Lime Leaves, 3 pcs
4. Gangagal, 4 slices
5. Chili Padi, 2 pcs
6. Tomato, 1 pc
7. Chicken Stock Powder, 1 tsp
8. Fish Sauce, 1 Tsp
Ingredient (B)
9. Abalone Mushroom, 4 pcs
10. Button Mushroom
11. Parsley Stalk, 2 pcs
12. Carrot
13. Celery

Ingredient ©
14. Lime Juice, 1 Tsp or to taste
15. Parsley to garnish



Cooking Steps

1. Bring water to boil
2. Add Ingredient (A), boil at medium heat then slow heat for 10 minutes
3. Add Ingredient (B), boil for another 5 minutes
4. Add in Lime Juice
5. Well stirred, ready to serve
6. Add Parsley to garnish

This recipe can be for Vegetarian as well as those who watch the body weight.

Variation : You may add seafood
