So assist your employees and co-workers in seeking for the meaning and purpose of WHY WORKING.
So message to Bosses, please don’t scold your employees : “ Dump Stupid Useless Fool” . They are because they believe in you and what you say hence soon become ones. Grow them, motivate them, praise them, correct them and love them, I know that is difficult, and since you are concern with Profitability and Productivity, do what’s working.
