#Yogurt Making : Home Made Original Plain Yogurt - Weight Loss Recipes



Yogurt Making : Plain Yogurt
Ingredients
1 litre of fresh milk
130g of plain yogurt / plain flavor yogurt

Utensils
1 thermometer
1 stainless steel pot
1 stainless ladle

Method
1. Rinse stainless steel pot and ladle with boiling water. Pat dry ready for use
2. Pour fresh milk into into the pot, keep stirring over low hear for 8 to 10 minutes. Check temperature, remove from heat when reach 45 to 50C.
3. Dish out 1 bowl of hot fresh milk, mix it with the plain yogurt, stir the mixture until it becomes smooth. Pour the smooth yogurt mixture into the remaining fresh milk, stir lightly until smooth.
4. Cover, leave the mixture to set at room temperature for 20 to 12 hours. Then freeze in the refrigerator and ready to serve.
